Poisonous Octopus in South Pole
Some researchers have discovered four new species of octopus in the South Pole that live at temperatures below zero degrees.
They hope to analyze the poison to see if the toxin has medical benefits, said one of the researchers, Bryan Fry, of the University of Melbourne, Australia.
Poisonous Octopus will make a small hole in the body of the victim and shellfish. Through the hole they inject their saliva that contains toxins. These toxins can work at temperatures below zero degrees.
